Again another marvellous collection of Sharpe Wit! Fantastic and I have (cannot resist!) borrowed the plant one - poor Richard has such a little tiny plant! teehee! and 'now think of your husband!' that is hilarious, especially for me, as I am always moaning about mine! Thanks so very very much. Wish I could find a use for them all. 'Flat tyre' - but I have one of that sort, and I love the cannon tickling his ear! You see the most marvellous things to pick up on. Congratulations and thanks so MUCH for the giggles. Happy New Year too!!

Yay! Thank you for such detailed comment, it's always precious to know what catches an eye!

*g* Exactly. Just adorable. And their expressions are... Well, it asked for an icon.

'now think of your husband!' that is hilarious
I like Lady Kiely, she deserves at least this, as a consolation. *evil smirk*

Have a nice using, may the plant flourish and serve well! And Happy New Year to you too!

May have to go re-watch all of those now...

These really made me laugh, and I'm not even a Sharpe fan! I'm also ridiculously impressed that you have a CC license on your icons. Way to go!

Since deviantART enables CC... When I give things away, why not to do it under full sails. :)

and I'm not even a Sharpe fan!
*pats consolingly* But there's still hope for you. *g*

Thank you, I'm really proud it appeals even an not-fan eye!

Absolutely! I applaud your support for open licensing!

But there's still hope for you. *g*
We do watch Sharpe from time to time but it seems to suffer from a distinct lack of ..... navyboys ;)

Some other boys and girls make up for that lack. ;D And there's Sharpe's Trafalgar. Alas, unscreened.

What?! Sharpe and navyboys?! Why has this not been screened?!

For lack of gazillion of £? Considering the cost of water movies, such an episode would probably equal all the series put together... There are also minor Naval bits in Sharpe's Fury, but in Trafalgar is the battle, of course. *g* And Nelson. Not to mention a looong journey before it.

Ah yes. I thought you meant it had been filmed but not screened but I understand now. Sadly the pretty boats do rather up the cost of filming *sigh*

Thanks for the 'first thing in the morning' chuckle, it's always good to start the day with a laugh. Like everyone else, I especially liked the plants and Lady Kiely, but also "Can I keep the rifle?" (wonderful facial expressions, you picked just the right frame) and "To dress like that..." (for the humour, not just because of the bare Bean chest).

Thank you! When the idea starts from words, it's not always easy to find a good image, so your opinion makes me happy.

You made my breakfast time cheerful, too! I particularly liked the fine day one - it resonates with me as I live in northern England and have visited Ireland and Portugal extensively. You choose lovely pics and then your creation of captions rivals the creation of the icons! Thanks!

It's nice to give a smile. I'm glad you like them, especially that finding a really perfect photo is sometimes hard.
