It's impossible to make an artwork not giving it the author's distinctive style. Really. It will be just less or more noticeable in some cases. But in some artworks, fanarts including, the artist's style is particularly visible and often is the greatest merit of the work.

Tiptoeing the problematic line between brazen hotlinking and posting a list of plain links for which no one will give neither a damn or a click *cough*and they'd need more description then*cough*, I decided to post a list of active teasers which, hopefully, are teasing enough to repay dA in clicking. A lot of clicking. PLEASE??? *desperate look* And putting the matter of dA's bandwidth aside, not that I deem this journal so extraordinarily popular to really strain it anyway, just do it to give these artists some love. If you can't comment or fav on dA, still you can click - let them know that their work is viewed. It matters too, really. And remember that often I don't bring here all of the artist's PotC-works, so it's worth to check all the gallery!

Captain Jack Sparrow... Savvy? by Leopreston

Leopreston is a wonderful artist, her line precise and rich, her imagination vivid. I wish that she was more often inspired by PotC.

Quite a different style, but another wonderful artist and, contrary to Leopreston, amoykid is very often inspired by PotC. What you see here, is the tip of the iceberg, so if you like these works, go for the real treasury in the artist's gallery.
