Honey...non-native speaker...hell, I was reared in the piney woods of Alabama, I'm from L.A. as they say, lower Alabama. I really do say "fixin' to"...and the word right could mean directly (do this right now), could actually be the opposite of left, or it could be at this point (this was brought up to me by a friend from Minnesota who just stopped the car rather than trying to figure out my demand that he turn left right here. Was confusing to him evidently. LOL big time...I'm just tickled you understand me with my shortcuts and local speak...I'm sorry, my brain just tumbles out words faster than my typey hands.
