aletheiafelinea: moving gif; a pencil drawing of a human eye shutting and then opening as a cat eye that shuts to open as the human one again, the cycle repeats endlessly (Default)

Wow. Will is amazing in such simple lines, but there is something about Jack's expression...

Exactly. The trouble with caring for variety is that later you can't pick your favourite for their, well, variety. *g*

The kraken is soo sweet... I wonder what he is thinking about? And something in the picture of William is hypnotising; the lines, I think.

(i mam dla Ciebie kolejny fik do PoTC, kramikowy, lezy póki co na ffnecie i AO3; dziewczyna rzuciła wielce zwariowanego prompta, muszę przyznać).

Go check the artist's comment on dA!!! ;))) And by the way, make sure you've seen another one of Bowie-Spawan, presented in the Recs here (http://aletheiafelinea.livejournal.com/38709.html). ;)

*cough*However, I must confess the ship catches my eye too*cough*

Go check the artist's comment on dA!!! ;))) Ooh. That's a great fic idea, isn't it? I'll see what I can do...

Ad Will: I've changed my mind. Now I find that Bambi-sweet-eyes the most... touching. ; )

Ad sprawdzania - powinien leżeć. Mnie się wyświetla. Nie mam siły jeszcze przerzucać na DW, przerzuciłam ponad 10 fików/części na AO3 i ffnet i po prostu nie mam siły. ; ))

Come to think of it, what *does* a krakken do when it isn't busy attacking ships?

Oh, that is a lovely Will sketch! It goes perfectly with the 'He's A Pirate' theme. Under other circumstances it would've taken first prize, but...

... that image of Jack gazing into the middle distance is my favorite visual from the 4th movie, and SilentKW has rendered it flawlessly. :swoon:

My thanks again, to all four of you!

Hunting whales maybe? Or just taking a nap...

rendered it flawlessly.
I love how the pencil traces show on the thick paper here. It has that specific rich look of a fine traditional art.

My pleasure! (Possibly I should try on my own again, in place of bringing others' art, but well, others' art is simply better. *g*)

Adorable, isn't he? *g* At your service! :)

How do we know the krakken isn't a 'she'? ;)

[identity profile] aletheiafelinea.livejournal.com 2013-09-23 09:01 pm (UTC)(link)
Maybe she is, and everyone thinks she's 'he', and that makes her so angry. ;)

It is possible. There's a number of sea creatures- swordfish, for example- where the biggest ones are always female.

I vaguely remember a fic Jack/Kraken, where the author used it as inspiration/explanation.
