aletheiafelinea: moving gif; a pencil drawing of a human eye shutting and then opening as a cat eye that shuts to open as the human one again, the cycle repeats endlessly (Default)

Supernatural 10.19 The Werther Project (eng)

Spoilers, obviously.

This makes three episodes already with Dean written suspiciously well.
The universe is trying to tell us something we both should already know. We’re stronger together than apart.
This is the 1stSeason!Dean, only having better arguments after ten years. Also, the dialogue with Benny – I didn’t expect it to go this way.
The real Benny would never let me. You know what else won’t let me? This thing on my arm.
Which by the way makes Dean the first and only who managed to resist the spell with no help, even though it got him by surprise and he didn’t know how it works, doesn’t it? And before, it almost looks like he has learnt the art of subtle irony…
I shouldn’t have gone off solo like I did. It was stupid. And selfish. It was a douche move.
…though I’m not sure how much of it has sunk on Sam.
*sigh* Any next episode will spoil him epic, sooner or later, and the anticipation makes my flesh creep. The longer it lasts… >_<

Or maybe it’s the cosmic balance and such, you know, considering Sam keeps being dumber and dumber. Why did he assume this house is abandoned??? I never thought I’ll live to see Sam keen on the picklocks and Dean starting with knocking…

Who says Dean Winchester can’t learn from (other’s) mistakes. :)

The only what saves my opinion on Sam in this episode is the last scene. Then again, perhaps I’m giving him too much credit assuming he must have made sure these irons are witchproof… Nah, of course he had. ...Right?

Is it me, or this…
You couldn’t have waited?!
..sounded less like “They could have killed you!” and more like “You left nothing for me?!” :D
Though Dean sounds not that different…
Six vamps. Solo.
“Look, Mum, riding no hands! Look, Mum, rifing no feefh!”

Also, I’m disappointed. I hoped Rowena would want something that costs Sam. Like, hard. Crowley? Come on… I’m curious where does he keep her. And how soon Dean follows him there again. In the next episode, I hope.
