I like this lady! And I loved Jack's use of reverse psychology to get the note from her.
I don't know how long I'd manage to endure Mandy and not strangle her, being made to live next to her, but I guess she well fits Tortuga. *chuckle* And I love Manipulative!Jack! (heck, is there Any!Jack I wouldn't like?)
