I'm afraid that Harry/Molly is one of those things, like Angel, that we'll just have to agree to disagree on :) (I liked her crush on him c. Proven Guilty, but I like a lot less that she hasn't outgrown it, and least of all the way Butcher writes about it from Harry's POV. Anyway, I like their platonic relationship a lot, and wholeheartedly agree with Aletheia that Butcher is a lot better at writing friendship than romance. My Molly ships of choice are Thomas/Molly, after their Soulgaze, and Molly/Carlos.)
As for Harry/Murphy, what concerns me is that I'm afraid Butcher will screw up Murphy's character to fit the Harry/Murphy agenda. Her vowing she'd follow him to hell didn't ring true to me (not in the context it came up in), and also I feel like what he's saying about Harry/Murphy vs what he's actually writing are at odds. Like in the last book: Harry picks Murphy as backup because he's not going to protect her just because she's a woman or romantic interest, he counts on her, etc. etc. -- immediately after, Murphy spends the rest of the book pretty much out of the action. And as awesome as I find Butters as a Knight of the Cross with his holy lightsaber -- "Mister, where I come from, there is no try" instantly became one of my favorite lines in the whole series, plus Butters is one of my favorite secondary characters -- and while I can believe that Murphy, though an incadescent avenging angel as Harry sees her, may be lacking somewhat in Christian charity towards scumbags, I really didn't like her being set up for a failure in that particular way. That may not have anything to do with Harry/Murphy, and maybe Butcher is doing something subtler with post-Changes Murphy than I'm giving him credit for, but so far I don't care much for it...
I also suspect (and also have for a long time) that Molly is not Michael's biological daughter. She's something Other than human on her dad's side is my bet.
Oh, interesting! I haven't thought of that. Is that just because only Changelings seem to become Winter/Summer ladies, or are there other things that make you think that?
