You wouldn't bc it's not a big deal to you as it is to me- which is kind of what I meant about Butcher being white straight dude- we all read and write from our own perspectives. His is not mine, same as yours is not mine. But trust me when I say that when Butcher brings up the Jewish stuff, it's not always in the most respectful way. For example at one point, Butters is listing all the things he thinks makes him not cool and Jewish is one of them. Really?!
