Author’s summary: Northern Portugal, the winter of 1811. Two armies watch each other over the border, waiting for the next year's campaigning. Alone on a mission beyond enemy lines, Moncey, the only draconic Exploring Officer in Wellington's army, meets a rag-tag band of Greenjackets, led by a Rifleman as fierce and feral as he is. The friendship they strike up will change both of their lives forever...
My two cents: As for the Sharpe part I’m bringing it just because it reads well, but an interesting thing in the Temeraire part is that it gives a better feel of dragon sizes than the actual Temeraire canon. Like, a notion that a heavyweight dragon can “carry on two geographically-distant conversations at once”. *g*

Apparently a dress used in “Sharpe’s Peril” has been used also in another film (see the last but two row of photos), same as red coats uniforms, but this notion is very vague (last but five row).
